We absolutely love the music of Ricardo Arjona and Gaby Moreno.  The song, Fuiste tú, was written by Arjona and includes additional lead vocals by Guatemalan singer-songwriter Gaby Moreno.  The accompanying music video was filmed at locations throughout Guatemala, including Antigua Guatemala, Río Dulce, the Atitlán lake, Semuc Champey and the Tikal ruins.

Ricardo Arjona, is a Guatemalan singer-songwriter and former basketball player and school teacher.  He is one of the most successful Latin American artists of all time, with more than 40 million albums sold. Arjona’s primary musical style is Latin pop. He usually sings without the help of featured or additional singers.

His style varied over the years, as Arjona took risks to keep his music from becoming stale. In contrast to the ballad-laden Déjame Decir Que Te Amo, on the following two albums Arjona experimented with a range of pop/rock styles.

As mentioned, the producers of this music video decided to film as the backdrop of this song Guatemala, cover all the main tourist or tourism areas of Guatemala. The video covers Tikal Guatemala City, Lake Atitlan, Livingston and many other areas of Guatemala depicted these locations in there splendor and beauty.

The video as the story unfolds focus more on the artists featured with back grounds faded out to feature the artist while still giving you a view of for example the famous Arch of Antigua Guatemala as a back drop.

Not only should this video represent Guatemala Travel and Tourism industry which it does indirectly as this song unfolds using Guatemala as the back drop. 33 million views has not hurt the Guatemala Travel Industry. This video should be on every travel web site representing Guatemala Travel.

We can not get enough of these two incredibly talented artists.
