Meet with a Tz’utujil Maya healer, explore her medicinal garden, and learn about the powers of plants. Medicinal plants are one of the world’s most valuable assets and our healer will introduce you to indigenous remedies. See, smell, and taste the rejuvenating and healing powers of medicinal plants through interactive demonstrations and samplings.

Visit traditional villages on the shores of Lake Atitlan, hike through lush meadows, and walk the trails as we explore the area’s diverse eco-system learning about the traditional ways of the indigenous Maya. The scenery is incredible as you hike along the upper rim of the Sierra Madre mountain range. You will learn about the traditional foods, medicinal plants, how they were prepared, and their ancient stories and legends.  Come explore what the jungle has to offer!
