Jucanya Cooking School and Restaurant.  Almost a year ago we reviewed the opening of Restaurante El Rincón del Chef. Okay another restaurant on Panajachel so what? It is even better then before.

First this restaurant is owned by renowned Executive Chef Israel Marroquin, located across the bridge from Panajachel in Jucanya and it is hands down one of the best restaurants in the area.

The restaurant is open for lunch and for fine dining offering a variety of international dishes ranging from Mexican dishes, Italian dishes, Guatemalan specialties and Western food.

Very delicious and delightful Stuffed chicken with asparagus Served with wonderful assortment of perfectly cooked vegetables.
