This burger joint does everything right.  The half pound burgers are made from ground sirloin, juicy, and cooked over a charcoal grill to perfection.  The white and whole wheat hamburger buns are made fresh daily.  And then there are the hand cut french fries, crispy on the outside with just the right softness on the inside and never greasy.  If that alone weren’t enough they also offer homemade cole slaw or a house salad as an alternative side.

Want a cheeseburger?  No problem.  Choose from cheddar, swiss, or pepperjack cheese.  More toppings you say.  Again not a problem.  Lettuce, tomato, pickles, shallots, mayo, or garlic mayo or for a small fee you can add bacon, avocado, or caramelized onions.  All of which I highly recommend.  And to add a little more flavor to your burger you can choose from a homemade sauce of chimichurri, barbecue, or chipotle.

I’m not finished yet, wait for it.  So you’re not a burger person, 27A Burger Joint has you covered.  They serve up delicious chicken breast fillet, pulled pork, and veggie burgers.  I know, they thought of it all!

There’s a lot of thought and work that has gone into this restaurant and the result is definitely one of tastiest things in the Lake Atitlan area.

Monday through Thursday – 1:00pm – 9:00pm
Friday through Saturday – 1:00pm – 10:30pm
Sunday – 1:00pm – 5:00pm
